Yes. We are a direct factory with our own production workshops, not a trading intermediary.

For regular styles, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style and per color. For exclusive customized designs, small trial orders can be discussed, with a slightly higher unit price.

The sampling lead time for regular styles is 7–10 days. If urgent samples are needed, we can coordinate with the workshop to shorten the lead time to about 5 days, with a small rush fee.

A standard sample fee is charged for each style and color. The sample fee can be fully refunded when the order reaches 1,000 pieces.

The usual lead time for bulk orders is 18–25 days. Please let us know your expected delivery date, and we can coordinate with the production department to adjust the schedule where possible.

Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit before production, with the balance paid before shipment. Terms for long-term, high-quality customers can be discussed separately.

General stock samples can be provided free of charge, with the customer only covering freight. Samples with customer-exclusive logos or custom designs require a sample fee, which can be refunded after the bulk order reaches the agreed amount.

Yes. EXW factory pickup, FOB local port, and CIF destination port are all available. Ocean freight and insurance costs can be quoted separately for total cost calculation.

For factory production defects, after checking photos or videos of the issue, we can arrange free replacement, rework, or an order discount. For logistics damage, we can help coordinate with the freight forwarder for a claim and provide complete shipment quality inspection documents.

As a professional caps and hats manufacturer, our pricing is mainly based on order quantity, cap shape such as 6-panel, 5-panel, unstructured, or fitted designs, fabric selection such as cotton, polyester, nylon, or other performance fabrics, logo technique such as 3D embroidery, flat embroidery, printing, woven patch, or PU patch, custom details such as taping, labels, metal buckles, and trims, and packaging requirements.
